For
35 years Joe Kohler has been serving up more than 20 made from
scratch pies each day. From classic like apple, pecan, and
pumpkin, to more inventive recipes with macadamia nuts, peanut
butter, and coconut, the pies at Joseph's are worth going out of
your way for. Each year the restaurant hosts a pie recipe
contest during Lumberjack Days, and winning pies have become
part of the restaurant's regular dessert rotation.
