Hello, I’m Joe from Joseph's in Stillwater, Welcome to my family restaurant.

We’ve been pleasing the St. Croix Valley diners for over thirty years. We’re famous for our pies, over thirty different kinds of delicious homemade pies. Our customers also tell us how much they love our made to order food, like our fritter French toast for breakfast or our beer batter cod on Fridays. We get a lot of complements on how much they enjoy the nice, quiet atmosphere, unlike so many chain restaurants where it’s so loud it’s difficult to carry on a conversation.

Meet Todd Scheel

Todd is the newest member of the management staff here at Joseph's. 

He graduated from Stillwater High School, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the college of St. Thomas- St. Paul, MN.  His first job was at Josephs Family Restaurant. Starting as a busboy, dishwasher and working his way up to the kitchen manager and then becoming the restaurant manager for the next five years.

Todd received his degree and left Josephs to pursue a career in Human Resources. He then held a variety of Human Resources jobs with, Dayton Hudson corp., Target corp., May Department stores, and shopNBC.

Todd's passion is in the food industry, and also includes over twenty years of catering.

Todd lives in Stillwater with his wife Jeanie and four wonderful children, Ben, Becca, Abby, and Joey.
