Joseph's Introduces Its Healthy Choice Menu

We have three new Healthy Choice items:

• Sundried Tomato Chicken, served with fresh cut lettuce and white rice,

• Sirloin Steak with stir-fried vegetable and white rice.

• Broiled Chicken Breast with sautéed green and red peppers, served on white rice.

Each of these Healthy choice items are less than 500 calories.

For 35 years Joe Kohler has been serving up more than 20 made from scratch pies each day.  From classic like apple, pecan, and pumpkin, to more inventive recipes with macadamia nuts, peanut butter, and coconut, the pies at Joseph's are worth going out of your way for.  Each year the restaurant hosts a pie recipe contest during Lumberjack Days, and winning pies have become part of the restaurant's regular dessert rotation.
